Are people constantly copying your blog posts without giving you credit for it? Maybe some of them are even outranking for the same article they copied from you.

Don’t worry, I have a solution from you. With this template you can get them on their kneels and forcefully get dofollow backlink from them. If they fail to comply you can get back to them legally.

Beginning…

Hello [insert the copycat name],

My name is [insert your name], the COO of [insert the name of your blog].

This is to bring to your notice that we discovered a violation of our publishing rights by your blog, [insert the URL of the copycat’s blog] where you copied an article from our blog without even considering referencing to us.

Here is the evidence to prove that you copied, [insert the URL of your blog post that was copied]: [insert the URL of the republished content done without permission] verifiable at: [insert report from WayBack Machine that will show you date difference]

We have forwarded both links to our IT department and legal team who will do justice of reporting to Google a case of plagiarism and litigation respectively. But before we give them the order to proceed, I had to let you know in advance… Hoping that you know the consequences of both actions.
Just in case you don’t know, let me state a few of them here. First, Google will blacklist your site on search engine and the court will mandate you to pay us damages for every of our traffic you have cornered. Failure to comply, United States Department of Justice will mandate your web host to shut down your website.

However, we can settle this amicably and we will withdraw all cases against you if you comply with us.

For a limited time, I demand a dofollow backlink (which I will confirm and monitor) to our blog post [insert the link that was copied] where you copied the article verbatim…. Don’t bother editing it.

We work so hard to create content and we cannot take it lightly on anyone that copy our article without giving us due credit for it.

Thanks.

[Insert your name]

COO, [insert your domain name]

PS: Based on Sections 106 – 122 and 501 of the Copyrights Law, we shall be proceeding to file a case against you if we don’t get a response from you in 5 days from now. Please, be informed that all articles on our blog are dutifully registered so that people like you don’t infringe on our copyrights. But when you do, you will pay dearly for it.

End*

Do this and you will get tons of backlinks. By all means, we must fight plagiarism on the internet.

Most people will copy from you and outrank your blog which is not supposed to be so.

I have no problem with you if you copy for personal use but it becomes a federal offence when you copy for commercial purpose.
